I have a 35ft. Fithwheel travel trailer, and it doesnt have a awning, how would I install this

To use the 13 foot family room part # LC362228 that you referenced you'd need to have a 13 foot awning installed on the travel trailer which we can help with. There's no other way to install this without an awning present. You'd need the following:
13 foot awning and roller part # LCV000211460
Solera Manual Pull Style Awning Drive Head # LC271181
Solera Manual Pull Style Awning Idler Head # LC272397
Solera Manual Awning Pull Strap # LC292794
Two of Solera 63" Short Awning Support Arm # LC97UD
