Roof Top Tent Compatibility With Pace Edwards Contractor Rig Rack Truck Bed Ladder Rack

I am purchasing a tuff stuff roof top tent for my truck. I am wondering if there are extra crossbars that I can purchase for this rack. Do you have any experience with using this rack for this purpose?

You can get extra cross members for the Pace Edwards Contractor Rig Rack Truck Bed Ladder Rack - Aluminum, part # 311-CR4005. This rack is rated for 1200lbs, but the true rating would be the lesser of the 1200lbs maximum weight load and your trucks maximum bed load. You do not need the extra cross member to support the weight of the roof top tent. This rack will support the weight without any issues.

In order to get you the correct length cross member we would the year, make, model, and bed length of your truck. Once we have that information we can get the correct part number and price for you. While I do not have experience with this rack, any rack that has 1200lb maximum weight limit will be able to handle a roof top tent.
