I may have a solution for you, but the # 11501 you were looking at is a single mirror and it's not a confirmed fit on the 2018 Chevy Colorado. However, the CIPA Universal Towing Mirror # CM11952-2 does come as a set of driver and passenger side mirrors that will fit on your 2018 Colorado and will do a great job for you. These CIPA mirrors clip on to the tops of your existing mirrors and are secure by durable rubber ratchet straps to help make sure the mirrors are tight.
