Replacement Locking Hitch Pin Assembly for Expressway Bike Rack 993 or 994
Question:
We have lost the hitch pin 853-5019-02 part and am looking for a replacement. They dont seem to be available any longer. I still have the Snug-Tite lock and keys, but just lost the pin. Would I be able to use the newest version of the Snug-Tite lock with the rack? Its either a 993 or 994 Expressway.

I have a solution for you but according to my contact at Thule most of the parts compatible with the old Thule Expressway 993 or 994 have been discontinued. You'll need to replace your old Snug-Tite lock with the new one which is available with part # THSTL2, but you will have a new lock core and keys as an extra in case you need it in the future.
