Hole Spacing and Retracted Height of Bulldog BD500199 Powered A-Frame Trailer Jack

Question:

Will this jack mount correctly on a 2019 diamond cargo trailer? Also once the jack is mounted and the jack is completely retracted how much of the jack is extended below the tongue?

The Bulldog # BD500199 powered A-frame jack uses the industry standard 3 inch on center bolt spacing, but the bolts holes are slotted, you there's some leeway. When fully retracted, the underside of the foot plate and the underside of the jack's mounting flange is 9-3/4 inches. To get a real world feel of where the foot plate would sit in relation to the trailer tongue on your trailer, measure down 9-3/4 inches downward from the top of the A-frame which is where the bottom of the foot plate would sit with the jack fully retracted.

If you click the provided link, you can see my buddy Randy explain the features of the jack and show how it's installed.
