Troubleshooting Brake Controller Blue Wire that has Voltage All the Time
Question:
Hello there is constant power coming out of blue wire. Not just when I push the brakes. Is this an easy fix?

If you have a brake controller that constantly has power on the blue wire at all times that would mean that it has an internal short and would need to be replaced like with the Brake EVN part # TK63VR if unplugging it and plugging it back in wouldn't fix it.
If the issue is on trailer wiring that would most likely mean you have a short between the 12 volt accessory circuit and the blue wire which you'd need to go over the wiring to see if there's an obvious sign of a short and fix as necessary.
