The B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch w/ Custom Installation Kit - 30,000 lbs # BWGNRK1116 you had installed in your 2017 Ford F-350 4WD with the 8' Bed will fit perfectly in your new 2021 Ford F-250 4WD with the 6-3/4' bed.
The # BWGNRK1116 came with the inner brackets, but since your older truck has them factory installed you didn't need them. If you still have them laying around you can use them, or if they are long gone you can reach out to B&W to order the replacements.
To add a 7-way connector to the bed of your truck you will need the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness w/ 7-Pole Connector for Aluminum Beds - 7' Long # C57008 which will plug into your factory 7-way connector, and give you everything you need to install it in the bed of your truck.
I included videos of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
