Can I Use The Airaid MXP Cold Air Intake System Without Having To Re-Tune My 2019 Ford F-150?

With any of these products, does the vehicle need to be recalibrated? I want to make a purchase, but I don’t want the check engine light coming on.

The Airaid MXP Cold Air Intake System # AR401-293 leaves space for the the factory sensors to connect to the new intake. This will make sure that there will be no codes thrown when you install and you will not need to recalibrate your ECU.
This will increase your fuel economy and make your engine much happier with the amount of air you will have going into your 2019 Ford F150's engine. Some cold air intakes do not have an enclosed box which makes it necessary to clean the filter out more often. This system is enclosed which is awesome for less maintenance!
You can expect to see a horsepower gain of 19hp on a 5.0L V8 and 24hp with the 2.7L Ecoboost. You'll also see a torque gain of 26 ft-lb with the 5.0L V8 and 25 ft-lb with the 2.7L Ecoboost.
