Does Demco Towed Vehicle Battery Charge Kit part # DM66VR Fit Only Demco Towing Setups

I have a 2013 jeep wrangler and want to know if I can use this kit just to maintain my tow vehicle battery while traveling, or does this only work with a Demco system.
