I have a dometic pull awning one of the arms comes down in the middle of the passager window on motorhome will electric conversion work

To replace what you have with a powered awning you'd need to go with a universal Solera manual awning to power awning part # LC434730. The kit you referenced only works for replacing Solera setups.
