Vehicle manufacturers have been known to change the wire colors and functions from time to time so I can give you an idea of what the colors and functions may be, but I strongly recommend using a circuit tester, like part # PTW2979, to test the function of each wire. Ford has traditionally stayed with the standard color codes which is as follows -

Green - Right Turn and Brake
Yellow - Left Turn and Brake
Brown - Tail Lights
White - Ground
Orange - Backup Lights
Black - 12 Volt Power
Blue - Electric Brakes

Again, this could be different on your truck, especially if you notice wires of different colors, so using a circuit tester would be the only way to guarantee the function of each wire.

The wiring configuration of the Pollack Pigtail Wiring Harness, # PK11998 is as follows -

Green - Right Turn and Brake
Red - Left Turn and Brake
Brown - Tail Lights
White - Ground
Yellow - Backup Lights
Black - 12 Volt Power
Blue - Electric Brakes

It is important that the wires are connected by function, not just color.
