To mount your ST145R12 load range E tires to your trailer I recommend the Aluminum Lynx Trailer Wheel - 12" x 4" Rim - 5 on 4-1/2 - Silver # LH45FR if your trailer has the 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern as it has the 1520lb load rating to match the load rating of your tires.
If your trailer has the 4 on 4" bolt pattern the highest rated we offered is the Dexstar Steel Modular Trailer Wheel - 12" x 4" Rim - 4 on 4 - White Powder Coat # AM20122 which has a 1250lb load rating.
