Is My Sondors Fat-Tire Electric Bike Compatible with the Sport Rider SE Bike Rack?

Hello, I just purchased my first electric bicycle from Sondors. The bicycle features [large 24” x 4” wheels and tires, for a smooth, agile ride and a grown-up stance.] Will this electric bicycle rack #HR1450Z-W fit the tires ok? My vehicle should not be the issue. I have a 2020 Toyota 4Runner TRD Pro with a 2inch hitch receiver. Thank you for your help.
