If your trailer has 3,500 lb Lippert axles installed on it the Lippert lift kit part # LC270682 would work to give you the 3-1/2 inch lift you are wanting but if you have a different axle capacity/brand you'd have to let me know so I could see what you may need. I tried to see if I could find that info online and was not able to.
