The shortest inside length of the Lockrack Adjustable XL Watersport Carrier # LR54FR (with no adjustment) is 22-1/2 inches and the longest inside length of the Lockrack (fully extended) is 41-1/2 inches. I went ahead and attached a video that shows more additional dimensions.
