For your 2005 Mini Cooper you will need the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit # BX1303. The other kit is for newer model year Mini's. The removable arms will fit the Blue Ox Alpha 2 Tow Bar # BX7380 that you saw. You will need to measure the height of your receiver on your pulling vehicle to determine if you will need a adapter to lower the tow bars. The arms will have a bracket height of 10-1/2" from the ground, and you want to have no more than 3" of vertical play with that for the bars to function properly.
The High Low Adapters are available in several different heights. Please let me know what you have and I can recommend the correct adapter for your setup.
The Roadmaster Tail Light Wiring Kit with Bulbs # RM-155 will allow you to add lights to your taillights on your Mini. These bulbs will work independently of the lights on your Mini so you will not need to tap into any of the Mini's wiring.
The Blue Ox Patriot # BLU37TR is a removable proportional braking system that you can monitor from the cab of your tow vehicle. This may or may not be required as local laws provide different guidelines for what does and does not require a braking system. I always recommend using one as it will help reduce the wear and tear on the brakes of your motorhome and if the vehicle were to ever somehow become disconnected the brakes will activate stopping the vehicle.
