The Taskmaster 4.80R12 Radial Trailer Tire # TT48012C is a load range C tire with a weight capacity of 990lbs per tire. The radial construction will provide improved treadwear and life compared to the traditional bias ply tires.

I am concerned if the tires will be able to withstand enough weight so I have another tire for you to consider as well. The Kenda Karrier S-Trail ST145/R12 Radial Trailer Tire # AM10140 is a slightly larger tire but will provide a much higher capacity of 1,520lbs per tire. The tire will mount to the same 12" x 4" wheel that the smaller 4.80-12 uses. This tire is about 7/8" wider overall and 11/16" taller overall. You will want to ensure that you still have adequate clearance with the slightly larger tires.

Remember to not exceed the trailer weight capacity given by the manufacturer and the tires may allow for more weight but the other components of the trailer may not.
