I have a great solution for you. When doing research on your van, I discovered that the 2021 Chevrolet Express Van does not come with any factory rails. Unfortunately, the Surco Safari Rack 5.0 Rooftop Cargo Basket for Factory Rails # SPS5084-1101 is only compatible with raised side factory rails.
