Expert Reply:
The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs part # AL88212 is what I recommend for a 2005 Ford F-350. The airbags will do a great job of helping provide support when towing or hauling without sacrificing ride quality. They will also work great with the Air Lift SmartAir II Automatic-Leveling Compressor System part # AL25491.
