Can Curt Echo Wireless C51180 Be Used For 30' Boat Trailer W/ Electric Trailer Brakes?

As long as your 30' boat trailer has electric trailer brakes and does not have more than 2 braking axles (4 total braking assemblies) you can absolutely use the Curt Echo Wireless # C51180 to control the brakes.
If your trailer has more than two braking axles you will need to use a standard trailer brake controller like the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 # 90195 as it works with up to 4 braking axles. Depending on the Year/Make/Model of your tow vehicle there may be a plug in adapter to install this controller.
With either option your vehicle will need to have a functioning 7-way connector. If it does not, just let me know the Year/Make/Model and I would be happy to recommend a 7-way connector or plug in adapter for you.
I included videos of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
