Troubleshooting Lippert Ground Control Panel that is Lit Up But Has Nothing on Display

Question:

the screen is green but I do not see any words on the LCD screen...do I need to replace the complete control package? Is there a trouble shoot I can complete? Thanks in advance?

If your Lippert Ground Control panel is lit up but not showing anything on the screen I'd first try unplugging it and plugging it back in to see if that clears out any internal errors. If that does not fix the issue the panel would need to be replaced with # LC421484.
