Can You Add A Third Crossbar On A 2018 Ford Transit Connect

I have a 2018 Ford transit connect. I need a 3rd bar for my roof rack. I purchased twin racks which fit the front and back holes now I need a bar for the middle holes. Is this available?

Your 2018 Ford Transit Connect has four attachment points on each side of the vehicle. Per Thule, you should not be using the forward most attachment point. This could void the warranty on your rack. But if you wanted to use the three rearward mounting points on your Transit Connect, technically you could. Please keep in mind adding the third bar would not increase the maximum weight you can carry on the roof so the weight limit of your rack will still be 500lbs. If you use the third bar you will have to purchase the Thule TracRac TracVan ES Van Ladder Rack - 2 Bar, part # TH29611XT, because Thule only offers this rack as a full kit.
