What Is The Distance Between Trays On The Yakima HoldUp
Question:
I have HoldUp 2 +Add On that Ive enjoyed for years. As with many I now am trying to fit a fatbike on it with little success. I spoke with Yakima about the possibility of using the two full tray assemblies on a HoldUp EVO +2 EXTENSION SKU: #8002482. They said the only thing they could not verify as they didnt have one in stock was if the spacing on the spine would be too tight or have collision. Are you able to offer any insight into the tray spacing on the spines of the HoldUp 2016 version and the EVO? Id rather not order/return or drive to the REI nearest me 60 miles away to measure it :. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Ive attached a photo of the measurements Im praying are close if not the same: A is the distance between trays on the orig holdup which I have and measures ~8.25inch to 8.50 and B which is the EVO. If you have an EVO you could measure it would be amazing!

The best I can do for you is get the measurements for the Yakima HoldUp # Y02443. The distance between the brackets is 8-1/16 inches and the distance between the platforms themselves is 8-1/8 inches. The platforms sit at 2-3/4 inches wide.
