Is the Surco Safari Cargo Basket Compatible with RhinoRack HD Bars

Will this basket work with Item # RB1650S bars?

I may have a solution for you, but the Surco Safari # SPS5084-T400 is designed to fit on square bars no more than 1-1/4" wide and it looks like the Rhino Rack HD bars # RB1650S you mentioned are 1-5/8" wide x 1-7/8" tall, so this Surco rack would not fit.
The only cargo basket we have that has been confirmed to fit on the Rhino Rack HD bars is the Curt Roof Mounted Cargo Basket # C18115-117, which is a little bit smaller than the Surco but still a larger basket.
