The SM Arnold Bi-Level Vehicle Cleaning Brush with Telescoping Flow-Thru Handle - 10" Cleaning Head # 38125-670 has a flow-thru design to allow a hose to be hooked up. You could run a soap solution through your hose, however, there is not a separate line/fitting for soap to flow through; it only has the hose fitting on the end.
