Would a Thule Spare Me 2-Bike Carrier fit a RAV4 with 18 inch Wheels

Question:

Rav4 sport comes with a larger 18inch tire. Will this affect the fitting of the rack?

The Thule Spare Me 2-Bike Carrier # TH963PRO that you referenced is designed to work on tires up to 10 inches in width. The tires on your wheels should be much skinnier and should not be a problem at all. Without knowing what year vehicle you have though I cannot really confirm this, but tires are rarely wider than 10 inches so this should not be a problem.

Your tire size should be listed on the side of your tire. It should look similar to this:

205/75-R15

The first number is the width in millimeters. To convert it to inches you must first convert it to centimeters. Lets use the 205 as an example.

In centimeters it is 20.5, all that was needed was to move the decimal point to the left once. Now to convert from centimeters to inches you will need to divide that number by 2.54, which in that case would be 8.070.

So 205 mm = 8.070 inches and would work well with the # TH963PRO.

Also, the size of the rim is really not that important. Its all about the width of the tire.

I attached a couple review videos of this rack on a couple different RAV4s for you to check out also.
