Which Truck Bed Air Mattress Is Best For 6 Foot Bed With Camper Shell?

Question:

Im concerned if anyone can talk about the coffin feeling it has while using a camper shell covering the bed like one you would buy from leer. If the mattress fills up the bed of the truck up-to the edge of the bed there wont be much room between your head/body and the ceiling of the camper shell if the camper shell is flush to the ceiling of the cab. can someone send me pictures of how much room there is with someone resting inside?

The AirBedz Truck Bed Air Mattress w/ Built-In Pump - 73" Long - Camo - 6-1/2' Bed # 341017 that you were looking at is 12" deep so it does not go quite all the way up to the top of the bed rails. Unfortunately, we have not had the pleasure of testing this out so we don't have a video to share with you.

We do have a demonstration video that you can check out regarding the Rightline Gear Air Mattress - Mid-Size Trucks with 5' to 6' Bed # RL110M60. This is confirmed to fit your 2014 Toyota Tacoma with 6' bed and this mattress is only 7" deep and is also more affordable. Since you are concerned about the room inside the camper shell, I recommend going with this shorter mattress. I attached a helpful demonstration video for you.
