Troubleshooting Brake Controller that Has Stoplight Switch Circuit Power But Doesn't Work w Pedal
Question:
2002 f250 voyager xp controller. Brake works with controller but not the pedal. Red wire has power. All the fuses are good. ???

If the brake controller works with the override lever and there's power on the red wire that would indicate that the problem is the brake controller which means you'd need to replace it. The Prodigy P2 part # 90885 that you referenced would be a great solution as a replacement that performs the best and is also very reliable.
