The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Spring Kit you referenced, part # AL57385 would absolutely be compatible with the # AL25592 Load Controller II compressor system. The compressor is a single path system, which means it'll inflate or deflate both air helper springs to the same system pressure.
I've linked you to install instructions for the helper spring kit and the compressor kit, as well as to an install video for the compressor.
