Replace Jensen AWM9565 RV Stereo

Question:

My unit keeps blowing 10 amp fuse on the unit not the main panel. Have done multiple tests and all point to the unit fail. I am looking for a replacement upgrade nit necessarily the same brand.

I was not able to locate any information about the Jensen AWM9565 stereo. The great news is that these radios are mostly the same regarding features. The challenge is finding a replacement that fits in the hole left by the previous one.

The IRV IRV65FR was a "double din" size, meaning twice as tall as a standard in-dash radio. If that will fit your dash, then this is a good choice with tons of modern features. I especially like the Bluetooth remote on your phone. Handles 6 speakers over 3 zones.

If you are not put off by the Jensen brand, you could also consider the # JWM45 model with similar options, but only handling 4 speakers over 2 zones.
