Will the Kenda Karrier S-Trail 145/R12 Fit On My 12" x 3.75" Trailer Wheels?

I am looking to replace my 4.80 x12 tires on a 2010 scoota trailer it has 12 x 3.75 rims . Will this tire work with this size rim?

Karrier recommends that the Karrier S-Trail ST145/R12 Radial Trailer Tire # AM10130 to be mounted on a 4" wide rim. We have this same tire preinstalled on a couple different lug pattern wheels as well for you to consider. This is the route that I would recommend going to ensure there no fitment issues which may cause abnormal wear on the tires. And this will save you from having to take the tires to a shop to have them fitted to your wheels.
