Will Curt Weight Distribution Shank Allow Pro Series Weight to Fit 2-1/2 inch Hitch

I have a pro series 49901IN weight distribution hitch. I bought a new f350 and am looking for a 2.5 inch shank that will work with the rest of my system. Hoping, for price that the curt c17131 will work?? Thanks
