Thule Outbound Bag Mounting Over Bike Racks When Not In Use
Question:
I have a Volvo 940, with factory installed roof rack and Thule squarebar cross bars with 2 thule proride xt bike racks installed. Can I clip this bag over the bike racks, like use it without taking the bike racks off? Obviously I wouldnt be carrying the bikes at the same time. Thanks!

Ideally, you don't have the cargo bag touching the racks since it may cause a rip or tare in it, but I don't see any safety hazards by doing that. Just make sure that you have the cargo bag # TH868 secured properly.
