We have a trunk-mounted bike rack for the 2007 Pontiac G6 Coupe with a spoiler.

It's the Hollywood Racks Expedition 2 Bike Carrier, part # HRF6-2. This works with most factory spoilers and has anti-sway cradles. The arms are adjustable and reduce the need for an adapter bar. It can support up to 2 bikes up to 35 pounds each.
