Options To Replace Wheel and Tires On Old Boat Trailer That Attach With One Crown Nut

I have an old fishing boat trailer. The rims have a single crown nut. The tires are weathered and need replacing. I’m having trouble finding the rims and tires to replace. Do you have a link?

I have a few options for you, but unfortunately we do not have any wheels that attach to a hub with a single nut.

If your wheels are still in useable shape then the most cost effective option is to just replace the tires. If you can tell me what size tire you currently have I would be happy to recommend a replacement for you.

The second option is replacing the hubs on your trailer with ones that have wheel studs to mount a standard wheel. To determine which hub will fit you will need to remove one of your hubs and look for the bearing numbers stamped in the face of each bearing as shown in the included picture of the # L44649.

If you can provide the above info I would be more than happy to make a recommendation for you.
