Installation of ETBC7L on 2012 Acura MDX with 4 Way and Use with Curt Echo
Question:
I PURCHASED THE CURT ECHO BRAKE CONTROLLER FOR MY 2012 ACURA MDX. THE VEHICLE ONLY CAME WITH THE 4 PIN FLAT CONNECTOR. IF I PURCHASE THE ETBC7L 7 PIN SETUP WHERE DOES THE BLUE WIRE CONNECT TO BEING THAT THERE IS NO BRAKE CONTROLLER INSTALLED

That's actually the beauty of using both the # ETBC7L and the Curt Echo # C51180 - you don't need to worry about running a blue brake controller wire into the cabin of your 2012 MDX. You can leave the blue wire on the # ETBC7L capped off and just tape it up to the harness.
I've linked a review and installation video of the ETBC7L for you to check out and u se as a rough guide.
