I have a solution for you to install industry standard base rails for a 5th wheel hitch but the Curt # C16424-104 are not a confirmed fit on the 2002 Ford F-350 and are designed for 2011 and newer Super Duty trucks. Instead you'll want to use the Curt # C16443-204, which are also a custom installation bracket that will minimize drilling.
I've linked a short review video of this kit for you to check out.
