I do not see a maximum weight capacity for this carrier. Will it hold an 85 lb kayak?

The Rightline Gear Kayak Carrier with Tie-Downs - Foam Block Style - 14-3/4" Long # RL100K10 does not actually have a weight capacity. The roof rack weight limit or vehicle's roof weight limit is typically the limiting factor so you will want to check the capacity of each.
It looks like you have the Rhino-Rack RR66YR which has a weight capacity of 165lbs. I was not able to verify the roof weight capacity on your 2011 Toyota Corolla, however, it is likely over 85lbs. You can check your owner's manual to verify but you shouldn't have any issue using the Rightline kayak carrier on your roof to haul an 85lb kayak.
