Towed Vehicle Battery Charge Wire Kit
Question:
I was told I need to disconnect the negative battery cable while towing the Gladiator behind the Motorhome. Why would this be true? I used a supplemental charging wire to my Wrangler when I towed it. Can’t I just do the same thing?

Yes, you should be able to set up your Jeep Gladiator same/similar as Wrangler. Are you using the same supplemental braking system you had on previous towed Jeep? Was your previous Wrangler set up with something such as the Towed Vehicle Battery Charge Wire Kit for Demco Supplemental Braking Systems, # DM66VR?
