Should Wiring Guides of Two RV Stereos be Used To Install One Over the Other
Question:
I need to replace my RV stereo Jensen AWM950 that has the 12 pin wiring harness and have purchased the JWN965 which has the 20 pin wiring harness. I have looked at both wiring diagrams, but would like to verify the wiring hookups. My 2007 Prowler Classic comes with front and rear speakers and a floor mounted subwoofer. Thanks

What you've done so far is what you'll need to follow to wire in the new RV stereo in place of the old one. Follow the wiring guides of both stereos so that you match everything by function and the stereo will work. There isn't really any more advice beyond that would be more helpful.
