The correct trailer hitch receiver for your 2001 VanHool C2045 bus to RV conversion is going to be dependent on the width of the frame and how far below the frame the rear bumper is.

The # 41990-07 you were looking at has 7" tall mounting brackets, so as long as the bumper does not hang down farther than 7" this would work perfectly.

If you need a hitch with taller mounting brackets then I recommend the # 41990-16 which has 16" wide mounting brackets.

Both of these hitches will fit frames up to 44" wide, and have a 1600lb tongue weight rating and 16000lb trailer weight rating. You will need to have a qualified welder weld the brackets to your frame, and will need to use the lower ratings between the vehicle and hitch.
