Troubleshooting Fit of Demco Fifth Wheel Rail Kit Adapter to Ram Truck Rail Kit

Question:

I am having an issue getting the Prep Rails to fit into the OEM Prep pucks on my Ram 3500. I have this problem with the original I purchased and now the replacement. Is there an actual adjustment I can make on the rails in order for all four plugs to fit into the pucks?

Try loosening the four bolts around the locking mechanism for each puck so that they can move a little bit and fit into the OEM pucks. Once you get the pucks to fall into the sockets then retighten them to lock them into the correct position to basically match it to your truck.
