Replacement for Drive Single DIN Stereo in Chaparral 298RLS
Question:
My Drive RV Stereo # 324-000138 in my Chaparral 298RLS 2020, the cd option already does not read my cds anymore. The search tells me that this model has been discontinued. Do you know wich model replaces it, to fit in the same opening. Would it be the Drive #324-000148?? Should I shop another better brand??

To replace your Drive 324-000138 the direct replacement is the RV Stereo - Single DIN - AUX/USB, Bluetooth, App Control - 2 Zone - 12V # 324-000148 you mentioned; this unit will give you a stereo system that is the same size as your old one and offers the same functions.
If you wanted to go with something a little different then I recommend using the Furrion RV Stereo - Single DIN - HDMI, AUX/USB, Bluetooth, NFC, App Control - 60W - 2 Zone - 12V # DV3300SBL, which is the same size and provides the same functionality. This Furrion unit is a little bit nicer than the Drive models and I think you'll find it's a nice, reliable choice for your Chaparral 298RLS.
