Is There Stand Up Paddleboard that Fits Thule Square Crossbars

The Thule Square Bar adapter part # 853-7362 only fits the Thule fairings and is not an adapter for going from a square bar to a more modern Thule bar. What are you trying to mount to the older Thule square bars.
