Is BoatBuckle Trolling Motor Tie Down Small Enough to Not be in the Way

When the boat buckle is not in use does it compact enough where its not in the way? Thanks

Yes, when the BoatBuckle Trolling Motor part # IMF15437 is not in use it would not be in the way due to it's smaller size. I attached an install video for this for you to check out as well.
