Anti-Rattle Hitch Bolt Replacement for Thule Hanging Bike Rack

Hi, I just bought the Thule bike rack secondhand in the photo. I am having difficulty identifying which rack it is. It is missing the anti-Rattle Hitch Bolt and a key for the lock. The caliper shows the diameter of the hole the pin should go in. Can you help me identify what I need? Thanks in advance
