The DeeZee NXc Running Boards # DZ16202-16261 you referenced will fit your 2013 Toyota 4Runner as long as it is not the Trail Edition. This item includes a custom vehicle installation kit and requires no drilling to install.
I have included a link to a video installation of this item on a 2012 4Runner. While it is not the same model year as your vehicle, the installation technique is the same.
At this time, we do not carry a running board for the Trail Edition model.
