The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 # AL57200 will include everything needed to be installed on your 2006 Ford F-150, other than the tools of course. I included an install video we did with this kit on a 2013 F-150 for reference, but it will be the same as the install on your vehicle. We do use a lift in the video, which makes it easier to do, but is definitely able to be done without it.
