Pin Box to Gooseneck Adapter for Trailer with Leland Pin Box

Question:

Hello, I’m interested in converting from 5th wheel to gooseneck. I’d like to switch to the Reese Goosebox but I’m not having luck figuring out if the pin box is compatible with the goosebox. Here’s what I know... In following the guide on your site to determine pin box I came up with the following measurements I think it’s a Leland 7920 or 7921: 2A - 7” 2b - 3” 1 1/2” if measured with two directly underneath one another 2d - 1/2” 2e - 3/4” 2f - 6 3a - 19” 3b - 26” 3c - 14” I have a 2008 Jayco 31.5FBHS Eagle Super Lite/ If the Leland isn’t compatible with Reese Goosebox, suggestions for an alternative?

Since the pin box of your trailer is definitely not a Lippert there won't be a Goosebox that would fit in place of it. You'd have to use an adapter like the Convert-a-ball part # CAB-C5G which attaches to the king pin and provides a gooseneck hitch. The Gooseboxes are only a fit for the Lippert pin boxes.
