We do have weight distribution hitches that will work just fine with your 2021 Forest River Sandstorm Toy Hauler 304 GSLR, but you will need to confirm the total tongue weight of your setup to confirm the correct system.
Total tongue weight is the tongue weight of your fully loaded and ready to tow trailer plus the weight of any cargo behind the rear axle of your tow vehicle. Since your trailer is a toy hauler it is important that you measure the tongue weight with what you are planning on hauling loaded, as depending on where it is secured can either raise or lower the tongue weight of the trailer.
The easiest way to get an accurate tongue weight measurement is with a tongue weight scale like the etrailer # e99044, but there are other methods outlined in the included help article.
The Blue Ox SwayPro Weight Distribution w/ Sway Control - Clamp On - 15,000 lbs GTW, 1,500 lbs TW # BXW1500 you were looking has the clamps installed 29" back from the center of the coupler on the trailer, so as long as there is nothing in the way at that location this hitch will fit just fine.
You will want to make sure that your total tongue weight falls between 1000-1500lbs as that is the range this hitch was designed for. In addition you will need a 2-5/16" hitch ball # 19286 to match the coupler on your trailer.
If you find your total tongue weight is not in the 1000-1500lb range just let me know and I will recommend the correct weight distribution hitch for your specific trailer.
I included a few video reviews of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
